Registration & Membership

1. To join this scheme, a one-time registration fee of ₹11,000 must be paid.
2. Membership is personal to the registered individual.
3. Upon registration, the member will be issued a membership number and an identity card.
4. The registration fee is non-refundable.

Membership Transfer

1. Before the member's death, membership may be transferred to a family member by submitting a written application.
2. Transfer is permitted only among the following relatives: spouse (husband/wife), son/daughter, brother/sister.
3. An administrative fee of ₹1,000 will be charged for the transfer.

Reporting a Member's Death

In the event of a member's death, the following persons must inform the organisation: family members, the registered emergency contact person, or neighbours/acquaintances.

Service Area

1. A free hearse service up to 20 kilometres is available under the scheme.
2. For distances beyond 20 kilometres, an additional charge per kilometre will apply.
3. Services are primarily available within Pune District and Pimpri-Chinchwad.

Cremation / Burial Location

An authorised crematorium, cemetery, or a site as per religious tradition — the location will be chosen with the family's consent.

Services Included

• Hearse vehicle
• Freezer box for the body (24 hours)
• Cremation / funeral materials
• Arrangement of a priest / imam / pastor for religious rites

Body / Eye Donation

If a member has expressed the wish to donate their body or eyes at the time of registration, the organisation will coordinate with the concerned hospital.

Member's Responsibility

The organisation will not be held responsible if the full name, address, mobile number, or emergency contact information provided is incorrect.

Dispute Resolution

1. Any dispute will first be addressed through discussion with the organisation's committee.
2. The final decision of the management committee shall be binding.
3. If required, the jurisdiction of Pune courts shall apply.

Changes to the Scheme

The organization reserves the right to make changes to other aspects of the scheme, except for certain basic services and facilities, as required.
