Vijay More established Shahid Bhagat Singh Pratishthan in 2004 with a simple conviction — that compassion and transparency should be the foundation of funeral services. What began as an effort to help a handful of neighbouring families has grown into Sanman Yojana, a trusted institution serving more than 4,200 households across Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad.
With deep roots in community service and a lifelong commitment to cultural respect, he has built the organisation on three principles that have never changed: dignity for the departed, honesty with the family, and help that arrives before it is asked for. Under his leadership Sanman Yojana has become a name families across the district pass on to one another.
